You can still register onsite, however we will only be accepting registrations with full payment. If you require additional assistance please contact the conference organiser’s onsite on 0437 041 036 as we are onsite from Monday 24 September 2007 or alternatively you can email weeds2007@iceaustralia.com however we have limited access to check these, so please be patient. Alternatively you can call 02 9368 1200 and someone in our office can assist you.           Cancellations & Amendments Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd. Registration cancellations received up to and including Friday 24 August 2007 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received after Friday 24 August 2007 and up to Monday 14 September 2007 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Monday 14 September 2007. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person up to 15 days prior without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made 14 days prior and less will incur a $20.00 transfer fee. Accommodation will not be reserved without credit card details. Accommodation cancellations received after Monday 6 August 2007 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions. Disclaimer The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the Conference Program. Liability / Insurance In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Illawarra District Noxious Weeds Authority, NSW DPI, Wollongong City Council and ICE Australia Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates or offer refunds on registration and social events. Nor can the Illawarra District Noxious Weeds Authority, NSW DPI, Wollongong City Council and ICEAustralia Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference to associated activities.
