PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
If your abstract has been accepted you are required to complete a number of requirements, details of which were included in your abstract acceptance email. Please contact the Conference Organisers if you require these instructions again.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
Participants who have been accepted for a visual poster presentation will need to ensure that their poster follows the guidelines outlined below:
- A3 Size
- 9pt Font Size
- Highest Resolution Images
- Clear Margins (2.5cm or more) around the outside
- Supplied in MS Word or high resolution PDF
IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:- Authors of accepted papers are expected to attend and present their papers at the Conference
- All papers accepted may be published on CD-ROM.
- Selected papers will be considered for publication in special Journal issues.
