Please see below for your appropriate registration fee, keeping in mind its closure date. To maintain your pre-registered conference rate, you are required to pay within 7 days of registering. Please keep this in mind if you are required to obtain prior authorisation.

To receive the Early Bird rate your registration and accompanying payment must be received prior to 5.00pm AEST on Thursday 6 August, 2009.
The deadline for all registrations is Thursday 24 September, 2009.
Registrations made after this date will incur a $AUD50.00 late registration fee.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Registration cancellations received up to and including Wednesday 9 September 2009 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between the Wednesday 9 September and Wednesday 23 September 2009 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Wednesday 23 September 2009.
Amendments will be accepted up until Wednesday 23 September 2009. Any amendments after Wednesday 23 September 2009 will incur a $20.00 amendment fee.
Accommodation cancellations received after Monday 7 September 2009 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
