The RoadSafe 2009 Conference dinner will take place in the Ballroom of the Rydges Bell City Event Centre. Incorporating the biannual RoadSafe Awards, the conference dinner will allow you the opportunity to mingle with fellow delegates whilst enjoying an evening of fine food, wine and entertainment.

Frank Green Award (presented at the conference dinner)
Frank Green is best remembered for his relentless crusade as Assistant Commissioner of Traffic, Victoria Police, to cut Victoria’s road toll. His dedication and determination helped halve the road toll in the early 1990’s and raised awareness of the impact road fatalities have on the families and loved ones of those involved and the community as a whole.
To honour Frank Green’s outstanding contribution to road safety, members of RoadSafe Outer South East launched the Frank Green Award in 2001.
This award, presented annually, recognises the initiatives of a RoadSafe group in helping to advance community awareness of road safety and in taking positive action to deal with safety issues. |
