Booking Your Stay
Please complete your accommodation request online during the registration process. Credit card details are required to secure your room. These details will be forwarded to the hotel as security for your booking and the first night’s non-refundable deposit may be direct debited prior to your arrival according to the individual hotel’s booking policy.

Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests; however accommodation is confirmed on a first come first-served basis and is subject to availability.
Please note: All rooms at Rydges Bell City Hotel will be available at the advertised rate until Thursday 6 September 2009. After this date rooms will be subject to availability.
CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS
Accommodation cancellations / amendments within 30 days prior to check-in may result in the forfeit of the first night's deposit. Refunds will be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel.
Changes to accommodation bookings must be requested in writing either by mail, fax or email to the conference secretariat, ICE Australia Pty. Do not contact the hotel directly. |
