Conference Registration
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
Registrations are now closed as we are relocating onsite to prepare for the Conference.
For new registrations, please print the manual registration form and register onsite at the Conference during the below registration desk opening times. The registration desk will be located in the Auditorium foyer at the Longreach Civic and Cultural Centre.

8:00am – 5:00pm Thursday 15 October 2009
8:00am – 4:30pm Friday 16 October 2009
8:30am – 1:30pm Saturday 17 October 2009
The registration desk phone number is 07 4658 4178 (active from 2:00pm Wednesday 14 October) and the onsite mobile number is 0428 548 153 (active from 3pm Tuesday 13 October). These numbers will be operational during the same times as above.
For all other queries, please ask the staff at the registration desk when you arrive at the Conference.

Agency: Government employees and Regional Bodies
Community: Primary Producers, Industry, Suppliers and general public
Landcare: Landcare groups and other not for profit groups
Day: Delegates attending only ONE day as selected

Please note that debits to your credit card will appear on your statement as "International Conferences & Events (ICE) Aust P/L"
Please note registrations and payments received after 5pm Wednesday 30 September 2009 will incur an additional $50 late administration fee. |

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Registration cancellations received up to and including Monday 14 September 2009 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee.
Registration cancellations received from Tuesday 15 September 2009 up to and including Wednesday 30 September 2009 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received from Thursday 1 October 2009.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to Wednesday 30 September 2009 without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made from Thursday 1 October 2009 will incur a $20.00 transfer fee.
Accommodation will not be reserved without credit card details
Accommodation cancellations received after Monday 14 September 2009 will be charged the first night's contracted room rate, in accordance to the Motels/Hotel's cancellation conditions.

Speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to remove or alter items in the Conference Program.
Liability / Insurance
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, Queensland Landcare Conference 2009 and ICE Australia Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates or offer refunds on registration and social events. Nor can Queensland Landcare Conference 2009 and ICE Australia Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate. |
