Accommodation
Booking Your Stay – through the Conference Organisers
Special rates have been negotiated for conference delegates at a variety of accommodation options within walking distance of the conference venue. To receive any special rates mention the conference when booking directly or book your accommodation through ICE Australia, conference organisers, form the accommodation options listed under "Conference Accommodation".
Payment
Credit card details are required to secure your booking. These details will officially confirm your booking (you will not receive further confirmation). You will be contacted by the organisers if there are any changes.
Changes to your booking
Changes of accommodation booked through the Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing either by mail, fax or email to the conference secretariat, ICE Australia Pty Ltd. Please do not contact the property directly.
Please complete your accommodation request online, by fax or mail.
Booking Your Stay - Independently
Should you wish to stay at an alternate accommodation property recommended by the organising committee please view the "Recommended Accommodation" section below. Please note bookings for these properties must be made directly by calling the phone number listed.
Payment
Payments for independent bookings will be coordinated directly with the accommodation property.
Changes to your booking
If you booked your stay directly with a property listed under the "Recommended Accommodation" please make all changes directly with the accommodation property.
Room Availability
Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests; however accommodation is confirmed on a first come first-served basis and is subject to availability. Please note: All rooms at the selected Conference hotels will be available at the advertised rate until Monday 14 September 2009, after this date rooms will be subject to availability.
CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS
Accommodation cancellations/amendments received after Monday 14 September 2009 may result in the forfeit of the first night's deposit. Refunds will be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel.
Please be aware that some hotels may deduct the first night's accommodation as part of their booking terms and conditions. Delegates are responsible for settling their own accommodation and incidental accounts, the conference organiser will NOT make payments from your card.
