Registrations for the Queensland Coastal Conference 2009 have now opened.
Please see below for your appropriate registration fee, keeping in mind its closure date. To maintain your pre-registered conference rate, you are required to pay within 7 days of registering, please keep this in mind if you are required to obtain prior authorisation.

Student Group Registration Discount
Groups of university students of 5 or more are eligible to receive a discount on registration fees. The following discounted rates are available:
$324 per delegate for groups of 5 – 10 students
$306 per delegate for groups of 11 – 20 students
$288 per delegate for groups of 21 students or more

Government and Professional Registration Category
To be eligible for the Government and Professional registration rate you must be work for a government organisation and/or be professionally engaged in your field. Regional Body Staff are included in this rate.
Community Registration Category
To be eligible for the Community registration rate, you must be a full time student or volunteer in your field. Please provide proof of your student status along with your registration form. A photocopy of your student identification including full time status will be sufficient.
Standard Registration Rate
To receive the standard rate your registration and accompanying payment must be received by 5.00pm Tuesday 28 April.
THE DEADLINE FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS IS Tuesday 28 April 2009.
Registrations or payment made after this date will incur a $50.00 late registration fee.
Payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or cheque in Australian Dollars.

Community Registration Support
A limited amount of funding will be available for community members who would like to seek financial support in order to attend the Queensland Coastal Conference 2009. Please email a paragraph detailing why you are eligible to receive registration funding and send to the conference manager via email qldcoast09@iceaustralia.com. Applications close Wednesday 28 January 2009. Successful applicants will be notified via email.
Cancellations and Amendments
Registration cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Registration, social function or field trip cancellations will receive a full refund, less a 20% administration fee. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within 14 days of the Conference.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person up to 15 days prior without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made 14 days prior and less will incur a AUD $20.00 transfer fee.
