Booking your stay
Special rates have been negotiated for conference delegates at Sea World Resort. These rates are only available to conference delegates and bookings must be made via the registration process through the Conference Secretariat. Rates are in Australian Dollars and include the room only. Breakfast and parking rates are per day.
Credit card details are required to secure your booking. These details will officially confirm your booking (you will not receive further confirmation). You will be contacted by the organisers if there are any changes.

Linked by monorail to Sea World theme park, the newly refurbished 4½ star Sea World Resort is Australia's only theme park hotel. Located along 'The Spit' on the glorious Gold Coast the resort is bordered by clean surf beaches and the calm Broadwater.
Having undergone a renovation to the Lobby and soft refurbishment in all rooms the resort now boasts a newer and more modern feel and as always, the same warm and friendly service.
Room Availability
Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests, however accommodation is confirmed on a first come first-served basis and is subject to availability. Please note: All rooms at the selected Conference hotel will be available at the advertised rate until Friday 10 April 2009, after this date rooms will be subject to availability.
Cancellations/Amendments
Accommodation cancellations/amendments received after Tuesday 28 April 2009 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
All changes of accommodation requirements must be advised in writing either by mail, fax or email to the conference secretariat, ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Please be aware that the hotel may deduct the first nights' accommodation as part of their booking terms and conditions. Delegates are responsible for settling their own accommodation and incidental accounts / payments will not be debited from your card. |
