Upon arrival at the venue, please proceed to Conference Secretariat, just past the entry foyer, where your registration can be processed.   Please see below for your appropriate registration fee, keeping in mind its closure date. Day Registrations Please note: It is a condition of the single day registration that entry is permitted for that day only. If you are attending more than one day, the registration is no longer valid and a full registration must be purchased. The coach transfer includes transport from Melbourne city (meeting at the Bionics Institute) to Silverwater Resort and return. Coach Transfer On Sunday 20 November 2011 the coach will be picking delegates up from the Bionics Institute which is at 384-388 Albert Street, East Melbourne (on the corner of Albert and Lansdowne Streets). The bus will be departing at 11:30am sharp. A packed lunchbox and bottle of water will be provided. On Wednesday 23 November 2011 the coach will be departing Silverwater Resort at 2:15pm and taking delegates back to Melbourne with the first stop being the Bionics Institute and the second stop being Melbourne Airport. Early Bird Registration To receive the Early Bird rate you must register and pay by Thursday 22 September 2011. CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS Registration and social function cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd. Cancellations received up to and including Thursday 22 October 2011 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee payable upon cancellation. Registration cancellations received between Friday 23 October 2011 and Monday 7 November 2011 will receive a 50% refund (minimum of $150). No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Tuesday 8 November 2011. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person before Tuesday 8 November 2011 without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made after Tuesday 8 November 2011 will incur an AUD $20.00 transfer fee. ICE Australia reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and a risk to others. All registrations received by ICE Australia will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by ICE Australia.
