Booking Your Stay
Special rates have been negotiated for congress delegates at hotels within close proximity to the Powerhouse Museum. These rates are only available to congress delegates and bookings must be made via the registration process through the conference organisers, ICE Australia.
Please Note:
As the hotels are very busy at this time of year and the congress is so close, we are now only taking email requests for new accommodation bookings. Should you require accommodation please email isrbp@iceaustralia.com with your preferred dates, room type, budget and share details. We will investigate the options on your behalf and respond via email.
Credit card details are required to secure your room. These details will be forwarded to the hotel as security for your booking and the value of the first night's accommodation will be debited from your card, prior to your arrival, as a non-refundable security deposit.
Room Availability
Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests; however accommodation is confirmed on a first come first-served basis and is subject to availability. Please note: All rooms at the selected Congress hotels will be available at the advertised rate until Tuesday 2nd October 2007. After this date rooms will be subject to availability.
CANCELLATIONS/ AMENDMENTS
Accommodation cancellations / amendments within 30 days prior to check-in may result in the forfeit of the first night's deposit. Refunds will be subject to cancellation charges levied by the individual hotel.
Changes to accommodation bookings must be requested in writing either by mail, fax or email to the congress secretariat, ICE Australia. Do not contact the hotel directly. |
