REGISTRATION FEES
Please see below for registration fees. Registration fees are waived for invited plenary speakers and invited symposium speakers (full symposium presentations).
All registrations should be made online and paid by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or a cheque in Australian dollars. If paying by credit card, please ensure that you have your credit card details ready to pay at the end of the registration process. Cheques (in Australian dollars) must be made payable to: ISAN 2009 and addressed to:

ISAN Member Registration Fee If you are currently a financial member of ISAN, please select this category to receive a discount on your registration fee.
Student Registration Fee
To be eligible for the student registration fee, you must be a full time student. Please provide proof of your student status along with your registration form. A photocopy of your student identification including full time status will be sufficient. This can be emailed to isan2009@iceaustralia.com or faxed to +61 2 9368 1500.
The deadline for all registrations is Tuesday 18 August 2009.
Registrations made after this date will incur a late registration fee of $AUD50.00

Cancellation Policy
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
All registration, social function and field trip cancellations will receive a full refund, less a 20% administration fee. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within 14 days of the Conference.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person up to 15 days prior without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made 14 days prior and less will incur a AUD $20.00 transfer fee.
Accommodation will not be reserved without credit card details. Accommodation cancellations received after 31 July 2009 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
VISA APPLICATIONS
A valid passport and visa are required to enter Australia. The confirmation email and invoice you receive upon registering for the Congress online should be sufficient documentation to apply for a visa to enter Australia for the ISAN 2009 Congress. Please contact your local Australian Consulate well in advance of your travel to check this and to obtain your visa.
