Accommodation
Booking your stay
Special rates have been negotiated for conference delegates at a variety of hotels within walking distance of the conference venue. To receive these special rates you must book your accommodation through ICE Australia, conference organisers.
Please complete your accommodation request online or by fax or mail.
Credit card details are required to secure your booking. These details will officially confirm your booking (you will not receive further confirmation). Delegates are responsible for settling their own accommodation and incidental accounts / payments will not be debited from your card unless authorisation is received. You will be contacted by the organisers if there are any changes.

Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests; however accommodation is confirmed on a first come first-served basis and is subject to availability. Please note: All rooms at the selected Conference hotels will be available at the advertised rate until Wednesday 22 July 2009, after this date rooms will be subject to availability.
Cancellations/Amendments
Accommodation cancellations/amendments received after Wednesday 22 July 2009 may result in the forfeit of the first night's deposit. Refunds will be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel.
All changes of accommodation requirements must be advised in writing either by mail, fax or email to the conference secretariat, ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Please be aware that some hotels may deduct the first nights' accommodation as part of their booking terms and conditions. |
