| Tickets to the Congress Dinner are additional to the registration fee. Please indicate the number of tickets required on your registration form. Additional tickets to the Welcome Reception may be purchased for guests to attend. These can be purchased during the registration process, or by contacting the Conference Secretariat by email at IIRA2009@iceaustralia.com Member Rate To receive the member rate, please fill out your IIRA or IRSA membership number on the registration form. Super Early Bird Rate To receive the super early bird rate your registration and accompanying payment must be received by 5.00pm Friday 9 January 2009. Early Bird Rate To receive the early bird rate your registration and accompanying payment must be received by 5.00pm Friday 27 February 2009. Standard Rate To receive the standard rate your registration and accompanying payment must be received by 5.00pm Monday 10 August 2009. The deadline for all registrations is Monday 10 August 2009. Registrations made after this date will incur a $50.00 late registration fee. Payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or cheque in Australian Dollars. Please note cheques will not be accepted for payment of a Super Early Bird registration. Cheques must be made payable to “IIRA 2009 Conference” Please forward all registration forms and cheques to: IIRA 2009 Congress c/- ICE Australia Pty Ltd 183 Albion Street Sydney NSW 2010 AUSTRALIA CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd. Registration cancellations received up to Friday 24 July 2009 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received after Friday 24 July 2009 and up to Monday 10 August 2009 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Monday 10 August 2009. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person up to 14 days prior without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made 14 days prior and less will incur a AUD $20.00 transfer fee. Accommodation will not be reserved without credit card details. Accommodation cancellations received after Wednesday 22 July 2009 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions. In the event of unforseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the Conference Program. Liability / Insurance In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters IIRA World Congress 2009 and ICE Australia Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates or offer refunds on registration and social events. Nor can the IIRA World Congress 2009 and ICE Australia Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference to associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate. |
