Cancellations & Amendments
Registration and/ or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to International Conferences and Events Pty Ltd.

Registration cancellations received up to and including Monday 21 June 2010 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee and is payable upon cancellation. Registration cancellations received between Tuesday 22 June 2010 and Tuesday 6 July 2010 will receive a 50% refund (minimum of $150). No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Tuesday 6 July 2010. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person before Tuesday 6 July 2010 without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made after Tuesday 6 July 2010 will incur an AUD $20.00 transfer fee.

Accommodation will not be reserved without credit card details. Accommodation cancellations received after Monday 21 June 2010 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.

International Conferences and Events reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and a risk to others

All registrations received by International Conferences and Events will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conferences and Events.
