Cancellations/Amendments
Accommodation cancellations/amendments received after Monday 21 June 2010 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
All changes of accommodation requirements must be advised in writing either by mail, fax or email to the conference secretariat, International Conferences and Events Pty Ltd.
Please be aware that the hotel may deduct the first nights' accommodation as part of their booking terms and conditions. Delegates are responsible for settling their own accommodation and incidental accounts / payments will not be debited from your card. |
