Please see below for details of the registration fees. To maintain your registered Conference rate, you are required to pay within 7 days of registering; please keep this in mind if you require prior authorisation for payment.
Please note: the listed prices are for online registrations. All registrations made on a manual form and sent via email, fax or mail will incur $20 administration fee. |

To qualify for the industry rate, you must supply the name of the association you’re a member of during the registration process.

Payment
Payment must be made in Australian Dollars. The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit Card – MasterCard and Visa only. Payments will appear on your statement as ‘International Conferences and Events (ICE) Aust.’
Cheque - Please make cheques payable to ICMSS 2013
Electronic Funds Transfer - Please contact us icmss2013@iceaustralia.com to obtain bank details for payment.
All accounts must be paid in full prior to the Conference. Delegates with outstanding amounts at the time of the Conference will be required to settle their account upon collecting their registration pack, or provide a credit card guarantee for payment to be made within 14 days post Conference.

Cancellations and Amendments
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted via telephone. Amendments and cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Organisers.

Cancellations received up to and including Thursday 14 February 2013 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee payable upon cancellation. Registration cancellations received between Friday 15 February 2013 and Friday 1 March 2013 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Saturday 2 March 2013.
As an alternative to a cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person on or before Friday 1 March 2013 without incurring any extra cost. Transfers made after Friday 1 March 2013 will incur an AUD $20.00 transfer fee.
Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd deems to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.
Registrations received by International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd.
Accommodation
Accommodation cancellations will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
Liability / Insurance
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, ICMSS 2013 and International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates; nor can ICMSS 2013 and International Conferences & Events Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
