Registration cancellations received up to and including Wednesday 23 January 2008 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received after Wednesday 23 January 2008 and up to Wednesday 13 February 2008 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Wednesday 13 February 2008. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person up to 15 days prior without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made 14 days prior and less will incur a AUD $20.00 transfer fee. Disclaimer The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the Conference Program. Liability / Insurance In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Housing NSW and ICE Australia Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates or offer refunds on registration and social events. Nor can the Housing NSW and ICE Australia Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference to associated activities.
