** Student Rate
To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a current full-time student. Please forward a copy of your student identification to frprcs9@iceaustralia.com in order to prove your status.
Note: The deadline for all registrations is Monday 29 June 2009.
Registrations made after this date will incur a $AUD50.00 late registration fee.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Registration cancellations received up to 11 June 2009 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between the 12 June and 25 June 2009 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after the 25 June 2009.
Amendments will be accepted up until 25 June 2009. Any amendments after 25 June 2009 will incur a $20.00 additional fee.
Accommodation cancellations received after 12 June 2009 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
