AUDIO VISUAL REQUIREMENTS
All session rooms will be set with a lectern with microphone, laptop and data projector. In order to ensure the efficient running of the Symposium program, the use of personal laptops will not be permitted.
PRESENTATIONS
All presenters are required to submit their presentation to the Symposium Organisers by Monday 22 June 2009. This allows the organisers to pre-load your presentation to ensure it is compatible with the network system.
Presenters will be able to make changes to their presentation during the Symposium up until 2 hours prior to their session commencement time in the Speakers Preparation Room at the Four Points Darling Harbour.
Presentations under 15MB may be sent via email to frprcs9@iceaustralia.com, however presentations over 15MB must be burned onto CD Rom and mailed to:
