Conference Venue
University of New South Wales, Kensington campus, The Law Building, University Mall (Building F8) off Anzac Parade. Please click here to download a map of the university’s Kensington campus.
The Kensington campus is 7kms from the centre of Sydney and 5kms from the airport, close to beaches and the Centennial Parklands.
The Law Building is purpose built for teaching, learning and researching. Recently opened, it features light filled atria spaces, open staircases, landscaped courtyards and meeting places.
Randwick
The Kensington campus of UNSW is located in the Randwick Municipality and is only a short bus or car ride from the heart of Sydney. Randwick City has 25 kms of ocean coastline and bayside foreshores which strongly influence the character, ambience and leisure activities of the area.

Booking your stay
Special rates have been negotiated for conference delegates at hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue. To receive these special rates you must book your accommodation through the conference organisers, ICE Australia.
Please complete your accommodation request online or by fax or mail.
Credit card details are required to secure your booking. These details will officially confirm your booking (you will not receive further confirmation). Delegates are responsible for settling their own accommodation and incidental accounts / payments will not be debited from your card unless authorisation is received. You will be contacted by the organisers if there are any changes. |

Single Rooms with Shared Bathroom

All single rooms contain a single bed, desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe, phone for receiving calls and heating. The single rooms are organised in groups of eight or nine around a common room. This common room has a small kitchenette with a sink and fridge, however there are no cooking facilities. Each group shares a bathroom which contains two showers and two toilets. Each group is made up of a single sex and the groups alternate around the college male, female, male, female etc.
Some en suite rooms are available at $85.00 per room.

Room Availability
Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests; however accommodation is confirmed on a first come first-served basis and is subject to availability. Please note: All rooms at the selected Conference hotels will be available at the advertised rate until Monday 2 November 2009; after this date, rooms will be subject to availability.
Cancellations/ Amendments
Accommodation cancellations/amendments received after Monday 2 November 2009 may result in the forfeit of the first night's deposit. Refunds will be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel.
All changes of accommodation requirements must be advised in writing either by mail, fax or email to the conference secretariat, ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
