Please see below for your appropriate registration fee, keeping in mind its closure date. To maintain your pre-registered conference rate, you are required to pay within 7 days of registering, please keep this in mind if you are required to obtain prior authorisation.

NB. Manual registrations (those received by fax, post or as a scanned document by email) will incur a $20 processing fee. Registrations received after Friday 13 November 2009 will incur a $50 late fee
** Student Rate
To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a current full-time student.
Additional tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner may be purchased for guests to attend. These can be purchased during the registration process; please indicate the number of tickets required on your registration form.
Standard Rate
To receive the standard rate your registration and accompanying payment must be received by 5.00pm Friday 13 November 2009.
The deadline for all registrations is Friday 13 November 2009.
Registrations made after this date will incur an AUD $50.00 late registration fee.
Payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or cheque in Australian Dollars. Please note cheques will not be accepted for payment of an Early Bird registration.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Registration cancellations received up to 5.00pm Monday 2 November 2009 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received after Monday 2 November 2009 and up to Friday 13 November 2009 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Friday 13 November 2009.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person up to 14 days prior to the conference without penalty. Transfers will incur an AUD $20.00 transfer fee. Accommodation will not be reserved without credit card details. Accommodation cancellations received after Monday 2 November 2009 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.

Liability / Insurance
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters the EOPHEA Conference 2009 and ICE Australia Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates or offer refunds on registration and social events. Nor can the EOPHEA Conference 2009 and ICE Australia Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference to associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
