CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Alterations and cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Organiser, International Conferences & Events (ICE) Pty Ltd.

Registration cancellations received up to Tuesday 1 March 2011 will receive a full refund, less 20% administration fee (minimum $150.00). Registration cancellations received between Wednesday 2 March 2011 and Tuesday 15 March 2011 will receive a 50% refund (minimum $150.00). No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Wednesday 16 March 2011.
As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative until Wednesday 16 March 2011. All amendments including transfers will incur a $20.00 additional fee.
Accommodation cancellations less than 30 days prior will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
International Conference & Events Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that International Conference & Events Pty Ltd deems to be inappropriate and / or a risk to others.
Registrations received by International Conference & Events Pty Ltd will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conference & Events Pty Ltd.
