Dr Paul E. Banwell
Paul E Banwell FRCS(Plast) is a fully-accredited Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic surgeon based in the UK. He holds an NHS Consultant position in Plastic Surgery at the famous Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead.
He graduated in 1992 (MB BS) in medicine and surgery, and continued his surgical training in London to become a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (FRCS) in 1996.
His specialist training in Plastic Surgery took place in London (St. Georges, Roehampton & The Royal Marsden), Oxford, Salisbury and Stoke Mandeville culminating in passing the Plastic Surgery Specialist Fellowship - FRCS (Plast) - of the Royal College of Surgeons.
Paul has developed an international reputation in the fields of wound healing and skin cancer and lectures worldwide on these subjects. He has an extensive research portfolio and has published two books and over 50 papers, book chapters and monographs. He is a Visiting Professor of Plastic Surgery to Harvard Medical School and has won multiple teaching accolades within Oxford University.
During his time in the UK and abroad (North America, Europe and Australia), he has also had extensive exposure and training in aesthetic surgical practice and now lectures regularly on skin health and cosmeceuticals. He is a Faculty member of Cosmetic Courses, the premier UK Cosmetic training centre.
Paul is a full member of the British Association of Plastic and Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons, the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
In his leisure time, Paul collects Japanese swords and tsubas, and enjoys garden design, surfing, skiing, sculpture and modern art. |

Dr Leslie Baumann

Dr James Daniel
Dr Daniel commenced his studies at the University of Western Ontario, Canada where he attained his Bachelor of Science. His primary area of study was in chemistry, and secondary concentration in physics. From here Dr Daniel completed his Doctor of Medicine at the Queen’s University at Kingston in Ontario, Canada. During his studies Dr Daniel was awarded the Dr. Ernst C. Armstrong Prize which is awarded to the student who attains the highest standing in clinical skills. He also received the Dr. & Mrs. Sydney P. Schiff Award which is awarded to the final year medical student attaining the greatest proficiency in surgery.
Dr Daniel then became a Neurosurgery Resident at the Ottawa General Hospital in Ontario, Canada. Here he undertook full-time surgical training specialising in neurosurgery, along with core surgical training in plastic surgery, general surgery, vascular surgery, emergency medicine and critical care medicine. Dr Daniel’s recent studies include a Master of Business Administration from the Queen’s University at Kingston, Ontario, Canada. This program allowed Dr Daniel to develop his knowledge and experience in the areas of strategy, governance, finance and operations management with a focus on healthcare.
Dr Daniel is currently employed as the Founder & CEO of the Carling Laser Clinic, which specialises in Aesthetic Laser & Cosmetic Medicine in Ontario, Canada. He is also a Surgical Assistant in the Division of Neurosurgery at the Ottawa Hospital in Ontario, Canada.

Dr Mauricio de Maio
Dr Mauricio de Maio is a member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He graduated from the Medical Faculty of Medicine, University of Sao Paulo in 1990. Specialist in Plastic Surgery in 1996 Master of Medicine in 1999 and Doctor of Science in 2006 at the Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo. Dr was Assistant Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School, University of São Paulo from 1996 to 2002. He has been a recognized consultant and teacher training experts in the areas of Plastic Surgery, Laser and Aesthetic Medicine since 1997. Dr Rebecca Fitzgerald

Dr. Fitzgerald is a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of both the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and the American Society of Dermatological Surgery (ASDS). She is on the clinical faculty at the University of California — Los Angeles (UCLA). A New Orleans native, Dr. Fitzgerald graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) Medical School. She subsequently completed an Internal Medicine residency at UCLA/Cedars Sinai Medical Center (CSMC) in Los Angeles, California before returning home to New Orleans, where she completed her training in Dermatology. Dr Darryl Hodgkinson
Darryl J. Hodgkinson Dr. Darryl J. Hodgkinson is recognized worldwide as an expert in cosmetic plastic surgery with more than thirty years experience in both cosmetic and plastic/reconstructive surgery. Dr. Hodgkinson did his plastic surgical training at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in the United States and is amongst an elite group of a very few surgeons to hold two degrees in plastic surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons, Canada and the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
Dr. Hodgkinson has served as the President of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and was elected to the nominating committee of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is also a member of many other professional societies including the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the Lipoplasty Society of North America and the Priestly Society. Teaching posts held by Dr. Hodgkinson have included being a Clinical Instructor at the Medical College of Virginia in the US, and in Sydney, Consultant Plastic Surgeon to the Skin and Cancer Foundation and Consultant Plastic Surgery to the department of Maxillo-Facial Surgery at Westmead Hospital. Dr. Hodgkinson has published over 60 articles and keeps his own knowledge current as well as sharing his knowledge with others by traveling the world giving lectures and courses in cosmetic or aesthetic plastic surgery at congresses and to societies including the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the French, German and other national societies of cosmetic and plastic surgery.
Dr. Hodgkinson is also the Founder and a Director of Operation Restore Hope Australia. This Australian based charity draws on the talents of medical professionals from all over the world to educate medical professionals and care for children in the Philippines with cleft lip and palate. Operation Restore Hope has now provided cleft lip and palate surgery to more than 1,500 children and other medical services to many, many more whom without charity would have gone unaided. |

Mr Ian Holten works in Ballarat, Geelong & Warrnambool. Following his studies at Melbourne University Ian studied plastic surgery in the UK, America & Australia. Dr Michael A. Kane
Dr Kane is a noted plastic surgeon who has lectured internationally at the forefront of non-surgical facial rejuvenation. Dr Kane graduated from the Jefferson Medical College five year Program in Cooperative Medical Education, attaining both his undergraduate degree and medical degree in only five years. He was a member of the Hobart Hare Honor Society in medical school. Dr Kane then completed a general surgery residency at New York Medical College. This residency was based at Lincoln Hospital which was at the epicenter of the urban violence which plagued the South Bronx in the eighties. While this violence was tragic for the residents of that area, it afforded Dr Kane a tremendous amount of surgical experience that he would not have received anywhere else. Dr Kane’s plastic surgical training consisted of a residency at Wright State University and the fellowship at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital. During this fellowship, Dr Kane studied under several of the nation’s pre-eminent cosmetic plastic surgeons and also operated on his own patients. It was during this fellowship in 1991 that Dr Kane developed a strong interest in non-surgical facial rejuvenation by injecting Botox throughout the face.
Dr Kane’s work has been published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, The Aesthetic Surgery Journal, and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is also the author of The Botox Book. He has other varied interests. He is an avid surfer and has studied film at NYU and Graphic Design and Advertising at Parsons School of Design. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. |

Prof Kyoung-Jin (Safi) Kang
Prof. Kang is a Cosmetic Surgeon from Busan, South Korea. He is the Founder and the current President of Korean COllege of Cosmetic Surgery. He is actively involved in the development and training of Asian COsmetic Surgery. Graduated from South Korean Medical School in 1990, he obtained Master of Surgery and PhD in Human Anatomy and further specialised into the Anatomy of Cosmetic Surgery and worked as a Professor of Anatomy,
Medical School, Korean Catholic Univesity.
Since 2004, Prof Kang has organised and taught in:

Prof Giuseppe Sito
Giuseppe Sito, born in Naples, graduated with full marks from the University of Naples; later he earned Specialization Diplomas in Surgery and Surgical Endocrinology from the same University, as well as in Urology from the “Sacro Cuore“ Catholic University of Rome, always with full marks and first class honours. Then he attended courses on Aesthetic Surgery at the Société Française de Chirurgie Esthétique of Paris obtaining the relevant Diploma.
Prof Sito is a member of the Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Italian Society (SICPRE). He is a Permanent Member of the Société Française de Chirurgie Esthétique of Paris, of the Italian Society of Aesthetic Surgery and of the Society of Italian Surgery, as well as an Emeritus Member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.
Prof Sito is a teacher of the Agorá´s Post-University Superior School of Aesthetic Medicine in Milan and taught in the School of Universitary Specialization in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics of the University of Pavia.
Prof Sito is the author of a technique called “Sito´s Protocol” published by the major Italian and foreign magazines specialized in Aesthetic Surgery, about which he reported at international conferences in the USA. He is also the author of over 100 publications and the consultant of many major magazines specialized in Aesthetics.

Prof Jianxing Song
Prof. Jianxing Song is a Cosmetic Plastic Surgeron from Shanghai. He is an internationally recognized surgeon, lecturer and trainer in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, providing his patients with the highest standard of personal care.
Prof. Song obtained his Medical Degree from the University in 1983. Then he went to France for further develop and successfully got his France Medical Doctor Degree in 1994. After attaining his Medical Degree he went on to complete his specialist surgical training in US passing the examinations for admission as a Fellow to the American Academy of Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery. Dr Constantin Stan
Dr Constantin Stan, Romania graduated the School of General Medicine within the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in IASI with the qualification "magna cum laudae". In 1991 he was granted the title of registrar in cervical and facial surgery and in ORL surgery, at the end of a 4-year training term in Panduri Hospital, Bucharest. In 1992, Dr Stan established the first private centre in Romania providing surgical and hospitalisation services in Bacau. This was followed by the opening of a second centre in 2002, in Bucharest. Dr Stan has completed several supra-specialising courses in Romania and abroad, peaking with a Master's Degree in Aesthetic Surgery at the University of Milan, Italy, within the School of Plastic Surgery. In 2009 Dr Stan successfully completed his second specialisation training, making him a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He is also eligible for his PhD. Dr Lynn Theron
Dr Lynn Theron received her medical qualifications from Grooteschuur Hospital in Cape Town in 1989.
Lynn settled in NZ in 1997 when she entered the Emergency Medicine Training Programme, working at both Middlemore and Auckland Hospital’s emergency and intensive care departments, as well as the Westpac Emergency Helicopter Service and Childflight medical evacuation service.
Lynn completed a further five years of training to become a consultant specialist in emergency medicine and a Fellow of the Emergency Medicine College of Australasia. Prior to this, Lynn experienced life as a GP in a remote part of rural Canada, working as the sole medical practitioner and chief of staff of a 22 bed hospital.
"My extensive medical training and experience means that clients can have every confidence that they are receiving the best treatment. Every treatment we give has been subject to rigorous medical scrutiny" says Lynn.
Lynn has practiced appearance medicine for the past eight years. As a fellow of the New Zealand College of Appearance Medicine she keeps abreast of the latest techniques and developments by attending conferences and meeting with international experts.
