ONLINE REGISTRATIONS FOR THE COSMETEX 2010 CONFERENCE HAVE NOW CLOSED.
Please complete this manual registration form and bring it with you to the Adelaide Convention Centre. Upon arrival at the venue, please proceed to the Conference Secretariat (Foyer G on the Plaza (street) Level) where your registration can be processed.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration, social function ticket and/ or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Registration and social function ticket cancellations received up to and including Tuesday 23 March 2010 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee and is payable upon cancellation. Registration cancellations received between Wednesday 24 March 2010 and Wednesday 7 April 2010 will receive a 50% refund (minimum of $150). No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Wednesday 7 April 2010. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person before Wednesday 7 April 2010 without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made after Wednesday 7 April 2010 will incur an AUD $20.00 transfer fee.
Accommodation will not be reserved without credit card details. Accommodation cancellations received after Tuesday 23 March 2010 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
ICE Australia reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed by ICE Australia to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others. |
