Submitted abstracts should be written in Arial, 12 point font in a word .doc file (please note .docx are not accepted) and should include:

Review of Abstracts
Abstracts are to be submitted online via the conference website. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Academic Committee to ensure compatibility with the conference themes and areas of interest. If needed, comments by reviewers will be provided to authors prior to the conference presentation.

Presentations
If your abstract is selected, oral presentations should be prepared in MS PowerPoint format. Questions and answers will be conducted at the end of each session.

Abstracts of all presentations accepted for inclusion in the Conference Program may be published as part of the conference program booklet or Proceedings CD Rom, to be issued at the commencement of the conference.

Please indicate in the abstract submission process if YOU DO NOT consent to your abstract being published.

Registration
All authors of accepted abstracts must register to attend the conference. Registrations will open in early November.

Submit an Abstract
To submit an abstract for review or to edit an existing submission, please follow the prompts below. Please be sure to read the abstract guidelines before proceeding. Abstracts exceeding the word limit or not set out in the correct format will be returned to the author for editing and risk missing the submission deadline.

Once you have uploaded your abstract you can login to view and proof your abstract to ensure the upload was successful, by using the personal Access Key provided in your confirmation email. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the upload process and to be completed before attempting to login.

Please Note: The invitation to submit an abstract or present a paper does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the Conference. No speaker’s fee is paid to successful applicants. Presenters are required to register for the Conference.
