Member Rate
To receive the member rate, you must be a member of the CCAA or IQA at the time of registration.
Early Bird Registration
To receive the Early Bird rate you must register and pay by Friday 29 June 2012.
Single Day Registration
Single day registration is permitted for one day only. If you are attending more than one day, the registration is no longer valid and a full registration must be purchased.
The deadline for all registrations is Wednesday 5 September
Registrations made after this date will incur a $50.00 late registration fee.

* Day of Registration Only. Day & Student Delegates may purchase a ticket to the non-inclusive social functions via the registration form.

Cancellations & Amendments
Registration, social function and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone. Alterations and cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Organisers, International Conferences & Events (ICE) P/L.
Refunds
Registration cancellations received up to Wednesday 22 August will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between Thursday 23 August and Wednesday 5 September will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Wednesday 5 September. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative until Monday 16 April at no charge. All amendments, including transfers, made after this date will incur a $20.00 additional fee.
Accommodation
Accommodation cancellations less than 30 days prior to the Conference will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
Conditions
International Conference & Events P/L reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that the Organisers deem to be inappropriate and / or a risk to others. Registrations received by International Conference & Events P/L will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by International Conference & Events P/L. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Disclaimer
The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the Conference Program.
Liability / Insurance
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Institute of Quarrying Australia (IQA), Cement Concrete & Aggregates Australia (CCAA) and International Conferences & Events (ICE) P/ L cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate. Nor can the Institute of Quarrying Australia (IQA), Cement Concrete and Aggregates Australia (CCAA) and International Conferences & Events (ICE) P/ L take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
