Accommodation
Special rates have been negotiated for conference delegates at hotels within walking distance to the Conference venue. These rates are only available to conference delegates and bookings MUST be made via the registration process through the Conference Organisers (Note: Do not contact the hotel directly to book these rates).
To reserve a room at the rates listed below please complete the accommodation section of the registration brochure.
Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests; however accommodation is confirmed on a first come first-served basis and is subject to availability.
Prices listed are per room per night and are room only rates unless otherwise specified.
Credit card details are required to make a reservation for accommodation; cheques are not accepted. Funds will not be deducted from your credit card; however your card details will be forwarded to the hotel as security for your booking.
