What better way to spend your first night on the Gold Coast than by the pool under the stars. Volvo / CJD invite you to attend their Summer Beach Party held at Jupiters Hotel and Casino, Pavilion Poolside. Enjoy a crisp cold beer or a summer cocktail to the classic tunes of the Beach Boys.
This is the perfect opportunity to catch up with old friends, and meet some new ones. We'll even give you the opportunity to test your surfing skills and hang ten on a mechanical surf board.

See the explosion of colour and energy as you are transported straight to Komatsu's Carnival themed dinner to be held at Dreamworld. Upon arrival be greeted by a flurry of colour and dance.
Sample carnival food in hot boxes as you walk around the theme park and enjoy the party atmosphere. Guests will be given the chance to inject some thrill into the evening by trying some of Dreamworld's most famous rides. Following we invite guests to enjoy a scrumptious 2 course meal under Shell Pavilion for a night of high energy entertainment and partying.
Transfers
A coach transfer will leave from Jupiters at 6.30pm and will return to Jupiters by 11.00pm.

Caterpillar welcomes you to the ultimate Gala Dinner and Awards Night. This exhilarating evening of extravagance, high society glamour and festivity will stimulate guest's senses with a profusion of mouth-watering cuisine and exciting entertainment in stunning visual settings at Jupiter's Gold Coast.
Guests will be in awe as they enter the white silk marquee, where they will experience the true epitome of elegance and ostentatious wealth.
Enjoy the sounds of Swing at its best and step back to when Crooners were Kings. The night will intensify with the Frank Sinatra Show and his ensemble, and will finish off with guests dancing the night away under the sparkling chandelier.
Suit Hire Available
Suit hire will also be available for this event. Spurling Gold Coast will be at Jupiters from 11.30am to 1.30pm on Thursday 28 October to take fittings in Broadbeach room 2. Suits will then be available for collection from 11.30am to 1.30pm on Friday 29 October in Broadbeach room 2. On Saturday morning please ensure you return your suit to the Concierge desk by 9.00am. Please ensure you call Spurling Gold Coast on 07 5531 5311 and quote 'CMIC10' to advise them that you will require a suit.

The final day of the conference offers a unique experience that is not to be missed. Delegates and partners will be taken by ferry to McLaren's Landing on South Stradbroke Island for the final conference sessions and the most exciting part of the day, the traditional Maxam lunch and auction.
In a CMIC first the conference sessions will be held outdoors in Balianese style pavilions. During lunch take a seat under the trees and feel the sand between your toes while taking in the million dollar water views around you. This year's auction items will prove to be some of the most exciting offered yet and may bring you back to this tropical paradise sooner than you think... or you could be dropped back to Jupiters Hotel and Casino in true Gold Coast millionaire style.

Accompanying partners will be collected from Jupiters Hotel & Casino for a tour to see the Q1 building. Q1's observation deck "QDeck" is located on level 77 reaching 230m into the sky. QDeck boasts the highest enclosed vantage point of the Gold Coast with unsurpassed 360 degree views that extend from the surf to the hinterland and beyond. After visiting QDeck accompanying persons will be taken to Oscars Restaurant in Burleigh Heads to sample some local food and wines served with friendly Gold Coast hospitality.
One ticket is included in all accompanying person registrations. Please indicate your intention to attend on the registration form.
