CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Please see below for your appropriate registration fee, keeping in mind its closure date. To maintain your pre-registered conference rate, you are required to pay within 14 days of registering, please keep this in mind if you are required to obtain prior authorisation.
NB: All prices include GST

IQA Members will be awarded 12 hours towards their 30 hour requirement under the QMCS Certification Program.

The deadline for all registrations is Wednesday 24 September 2008.
Registrations made after this date will incur a $50.00 late registration fee.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.

Registration cancellations received up to 8 September 2008 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to 14 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within 14 days of the conference.

All amendments will incur a $20.00 additional fee up until 14 days prior to the conference. Amendments 14 days prior and less will not be eligible for any refund.

Accommodation cancellations received 14 - 30 days before the commencement of the conference, will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.

Special rates have been negotiated with hotels located near the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre. To reserve a room at the rates listed below please complete the accommodation section of the registration form.

Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests; however accommodation is confirmed on a first come first-served basis and is subject to availability.
