No amounts will be deducted from your credit card; however your card details will be forwarded to the hotel as security for your booking. CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd. Registration cancellations received up to 8 September 2008 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to 14 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within 14 days of the conference. All amendments will incur a $20.00 additional fee up until 14 days prior to the conference. Amendments 14 days prior and less will not be eligible for any refund. Accommodation cancellations received 14 - 30 days before the commencement of the conference, will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
