ONLINE REGISTRATIONS for The Children’s Book Council of Australia: 9th National Conference & Expo have now CLOSED.


CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Registration can now be completed by filling out THIS FORM.

Please complete this form and bring with you to the Melbourne Convention Centre. Upon arrival at the venue, please proceed to the Conference Secretariat (Howqua Room 4) where you registration can be processed.

PLEASE NOTE: EFTPOS facilities will not be available at the Conference Secretariat. We will happily accept cash, MasterCard, Visa and cheque payments. Cheques must be made payable to: CBCA 2008.

SPECIAL PRESENTATION: THE ARRIVAL – Spare Parts Puppet Theatre
The Spare Parts Puppet Theatre with the State Library of Victoria and the Arts Centre are proud to present a special presentation of the production of The Arrival.

Date: Friday 2 May 2008
Venue: Fairfax Studio, Arts Centre
Time: 6.30pm – 8.00pm
Bookings: Tickets are $25 each and can be purchased through the online registration or by emailing cbca@iceaustralia.com

For the first time in 2008, the CBCA conference will offer the public the opportunity to attend certain keynote sessions during the conference program.

Attendance includes entrance into the exhibition area and morning tea (on the day of the session only)

Member Rate
To be eligible for the member's rate you must be a member of your respective state/ territory CBCA member organisation.

Student Registration
To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a full time student. Please provide proof of your student status along with your registration form. A photocopy of your student identification including full time status will be sufficient.

The deadline for all registrations is Tuesday 15 April 2008 .
Registrations made after this date will incur a$AUD50.00 late registration fee.

Payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or cheque in Australian Dollars.
