ICE Australia are Conference Organising Partners (COPS) of the Melbourne Convention and Visitors Bureau (MCVB).

ICE Australia, regularly work together with the MCVB and local Associations to bid for and secure International business to Melbourne.  Bid assistance can include:

• Developing a complete strategic marketing plan to assist in securing the event
• Co-ordination and preparation of bid documents to present to International Committee
• Obtaining letters of endorsement pledging support for the event from key people/bodies such as:
  • The Prime Minister of Australia
  • The Premier of Victoria
  • Victorian Government Minister/s
  • Other relevant industry leaders
• Locating suitable venues within Melbourne or regional Victoria that meet the event's specified criteria
• Suggestions regarding accommodation for varying delegate requirements
• Providing assistance and advice in selecting other relevant business event products or services, including selection of a professional conference organiser to manage the event
• Access to MCVB's promotional material and visual aids to enhance the bid presentation (nominal costs may apply for some items).
