CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/ or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Registration cancellations received up to and including Thursday 4 November 2010 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee payable upon cancellation. Registration cancellations received between Friday 5 November 2010 and Friday 19 November 2010 will receive a 50% refund (minimum of $150). No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Saturday 20 November. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person before Friday 19 November 2010 without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made after Friday 19 November 2010 will incur an AUD $20.00 transfer fee.
ICE Australia reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and a risk to others.
All registrations received by ICE Australia will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by ICE Australia.
DISCLAIMER
The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the Conference Program.
LIABILITY/INSURANCE
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Australasian Society for Psychiatric Research (ASPR), Brain and Mind Research Institute (BMRI), The University of Sydney (USYD) and ICE (Aust) Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. Nor can the Australasian Society for Psychiatric Research (ASPR), Brain and Mind Research Institute (BMRI), The University of Sydney (USYD) and ICE (Aust) Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate. |
