Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATIONS for the Australasian Podiatry Conference 2011 have now CLOSED.

Conference Registration
Registration can now be completed by filling out THIS FORM.

Please complete this form and bring with you to the Melbourne Convention centre. Upon arrival at the venue, please proceed to Conference Secretariat (Foyer of Plenary 3) where you registration can be processed.

Please see below for your appropriate registration fee, keeping in mind its closure date. To maintain your pre-registered conference rate you are required to pay within 7 days of registering, please keep this in mind if you are required to obtain prior authorisation.

A $20 fee applies to every Manual Registration received as indicated above.

Member Rate
To receive the member rate, you must be a member of the Australasian Podiatry Council at the time of registration. You shall be asked for these details so please have them ready when registering. The Australasian Podiatry Council (APodC) is a national body made up of affiliated state-based member associations and provides professional representation for practicing podiatrists across Australasia.

Early Bird Registration
To receive the Early Bird rate you must register and pay by Thursday 24 February 2011.

Single Day Registration
It is a condition of the single day registration that entry is permitted for that day only. If you are attending more than one day, the registration is no longer valid and a full registration must be purchased.

The deadline for all registrations is Monday 11 April 2011.
Registrations made after this date will incur a $AUD50.00 late registration fee.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and / social function cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.

Cancellations received up to and including Monday 28 March 2011 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee payable upon cancellation. Registration cancellations received between Tuesday 29 March 2011 and Sunday 10 April 2011 will receive a 50% refund (minimum of $150). No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Monday 11 April 2011. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person before Monday 11 April 2011 without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made after Monday 11 April 2011 will incur an AUD $20.00 transfer fee.

ICE Australia reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and a risk to others.

All registrations received by ICE Australia will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by ICE Australia.

DISCLAIMER
The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the Conference Program.

LIABILITY/INSURANCE
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Australasian Podiatry Council and ICE (Aust) Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. Nor can the Australasian Podiatry Council and ICE (Aust) Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
