Please see below for your appropriate registration fee, keeping in mind its closure date. To maintain your pre-registered conference rate you are required to pay on or prior to the deadline date, please keep this in mind if you are required to obtain prior authorisation.

To qualify for this rate, you must register between five (5) and nine (9) full conference attendees from the same organisation on the one registration form.
“Group Registration (10+)
To qualify for this rate, you must register ten (10) or more full conference attendees from the same organisation on the one registration form.
Note: The deadline for all registrations is Monday 15 February 2010.
Registrations made after this date will incur a $AUD50.00 late registration fee. |

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Registration cancellations received up to and including Thursday 4 February 2010 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received after Thursday 4 February 2010 and up to Monday 15 February 2010 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Monday 15 February 2010. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person up to 15 days prior without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made 14 days prior and less will incur an AUD $20.00 transfer fee.
Accommodation will not be reserved without credit card details. Accommodation cancellations received after Friday 29 January 2010 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
ICE Australia reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed by ICE Australia to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.
All registrations received by ICE Australia will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by ICE Australia. |
