To receive the early bird rate you must register and pay prior to Thursday 5 February 2009.
^Group Registration (5-9)
To qualify for this rate, you must register between five (5) and nine (9) full conference attendees from the same organisation on the one registration form.
“Group Registration (10+)
To qualify for this rate, you must register ten (10) or more full conference attendees from the same organisation on the one registration form.
ACS Members
The ANZTB Test 2009 Conference is pleased to offer all Australian Computer Society (ACS) the early bird registration rate regardless of the date of registration. Please ensure you enter you ACS membership number at the time of registration in order for your status to be verified.
Note: The deadline for all registrations is Monday 9 March 2009.
Registrations made after this date will incur a $AUD50.00 late registration fee. |

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Registration cancellations received up to 23 February 2009 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to 14 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within 14 days of the conference.
Amendments will be accepted up until 14 days prior to the conference. Amendments 14 days prior and less will incur a $20.00 additional fee,
Accommodation cancellations received 14 - 30 days before the commencement of the conference, will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions. |
