Please see below for your appropriate registration fee, keeping in mind its closure date. To maintain your pre-registered conference rate, you are required to pay within 14 days of registering. Please keep this in mind if you are required to obtain prior authorisation.

To be eligible for a Trainee Registration you must be currently engaged in a formal training program with AFOM or AFPHM. Your details will be cross-checked against a faculty trainee list.
The deadline for all registrations is Tuesday 17th April, 2007.
Registrations made after this date will incur a $AUD50.00 late registration fee. |
