Please see the registration form for details. PLEASE NOTE: The Welcome Ceremony will be held on Wednesday 6th May from 6.30pm, at Doltone House. Don’t forget to book your flight accordingly. CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd. Registration cancellations received up to and including Monday 6 April 2009 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee and is payable upon cancellation.  Registration cancellations received between Tuesday 7 April and Thursday 23 April 2009 will receive a 50% refund (minimum of $150).  No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Thursday 23 April 2009.  As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person before Thursday 23 April without receiving any extra cost penalty.  Transfers made after Thursday 23 April will incur a AUD $20.00 transfer fee. Accommodation will not be reserved without credit card details.  Accommodation cancellations received after Monday 6 April will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions. Special rates have been negotiated with hotels located near the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre. To reserve a room at the rates listed below please complete the accommodation section of the registration form.
