Please note all registrations received after Monday 23 June 2008 will incur a $50.00 late administration fee.
VISA APPLICATIONS
A valid passport and visa are required to enter Australia. The confirmation email and invoice you receive upon registering for the Conference online should be sufficient documentation to apply for a visa to enter Australia for the ICO-21 Congress and OECC/ACOFT Conference 2008. Please contact your local Australian Consulate well in advance of your travel to check this and to obtain your visa.

Cancellations & Amendments
Registration and/or accommodation cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Registration cancellations received up to and including Friday 6 June 2008 will receive a full refund, less AUD $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received after Friday 6 June 2008 and up to Friday 20 June 2008 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Friday 20 June 2008. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person up to 15 days prior without receiving any extra cost penalty. Transfers made 14 days prior and less will incur an AUD $20.00 transfer fee.
Accommodation will not be reserved without credit card details. Accommodation cancellations received after Monday 1 January 2008 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.

Nor can the, ICO-21 2008 Congress, OECC/ACOFT 2008 Conference and ICE Australia Pty Ltd take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference to associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
